And I am reading the SAME two books right now girl! I'm hoping Moonwalking with Einstein will help me stop losing my phone. In other words, my approach to being a mental athlete is composed of #smallgoals.
She is THE sweetest! Honestly, she comes to his games and we just chat away the entire game. I never EVER talked to my boyfriends' moms! Kids nowadays seem so much more composed in their self-conscious moments. And yessssss about the memory! I definitely need some development in that area myself. There's an exercise in the book, using a memory palace, that 1000000% works! I'm now walking around with someone else's random list in my brain...
That is so heartwarming. My son just started dating so I've had my first taste of being the mom a girlfriend is meeting... it's a little weird, especially since I'm still in my 20s in my head lol. These kids grow up too fast.

Yes, go get some coffee goodness! Take a friend! 💖 The memory book is surprisingly great so far. He talks about using “memory palaces” and walks you through an exercise he did early on to remember a list of random items. I REMEMBER THIS LIST. It’s crazy.
