Hello, fabulous!
Welcome to the ultimate breakdown of my Substack Summerβbecause letβs be real, this summer was all about soaking up words like SPF on a beach day. From bingeing Substack newsletters to getting lost in some seriously scroll-worthy content, I was on a mission to fill my brain with all the juicy reads, hot takes, and sassy stories the internet had to offer. Grab your favorite drink, get cozy, and letβs dive into the literary buffet that was my summer!
β Afternoon Reads: Turns out, Iβm most productive (or distracted?) in the afternoons, devouring pages like itβs my job.
π Substack Addiction Alert: I hit subscribe on a whopping 18 new Substacks. Clearly, my inbox is thriving, and so is my curiosity.
π§ Podcasting Mini-Sesh: Managed to squeeze in a solid 32 minutes of podcastsβquick but impactful, like a shot of espresso for the brain.
π½οΈ Video Binge: I consumed a casual 452 minutes of video content (not all cat videos, I swear).
β€οΈ The Liker: Gave 119 posts my precious heart, because, well, spreading the love is a full-time gig.
π¬ Comment Queen: Left a record-breaking 196 comments on postsβwhat can I say? I have opinions, people!
π Scroll-a-thon: Scrolled through 168 meters of Notes, which is basically the digital equivalent of running a marathon (or so I tell myself).
π΅οΈ Post Hunter: Discovered 58 fresh posts via Notesβbecause who needs treasure maps when you have Notes?

Letβs Discuss:
How many newsletters did you subscribe to this summer?
Wow that is an incredible amount of reading and subscribing! Lucky writers. I know whenever I see your name pop up in my comments whatever you said is going to bring a smile to my face. I know I've said this before, but you're really a ray of sunshine. :)
π π π π this so much, Sandra - isnβt it crazy to see how our βstack statsβ shape up (like the year in Spotify!), and SO interesting to see how all our reading/watching/liking etc. habits vary, and right down to the time of day (Iβm a too-easily distracted morning reader to your afternoon one, and honestly, I need to work on that - and still I always feel so behind on my favourites - hence, reading this and replying now!!). And I couldnβt be more honoured to get a mention in your summer reads π₯Ή - and alongside such incredible company, with Sarah and Beth! Thank you, thank you, so much for reading, sharing and all your encouragement - itβs so wonderful to have connected here and discovered your writing because, RIGHT back at you, I love reading your words, and being inspired by Sandrapop whenever it lands in my inbox πβ¨- HUGE hugs (and I am off to click on many of those links!!). Truly, so honoured. π₯°
